NEW Online Banking Platform Went Live 3/14/2024


The Online Banking link to netbranch.app.fiserv.com/fechoice has been discontinued. The New Online Banking Platform includes a more robust search function and more detailed screen views, as well as improved security. Our Mobile Banking App does not need to be redownloaded and includes some new features such as the ability to initiate enrollment and to change passwords.

ACCESSING THE NEW ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM AFTER 3/14/2024

Initial login can be through our website or through our Mobile Banking App.

To be directed to the New Online Banking Platform, access our website, https://www.fechoice.com/ and click the Online Banking Login button at the upper left corner of the Home page to obtain instructions on how to log in or go directly to our Mobile Banking App and read the login instructions.

Login ID

First time login to the New Online Banking Platform after 3/14/2024:

Existing User: you will need your existing Login ID to start the new process and then choose a new Password/Security Code. If your existing Login ID is only your Member Number and it is less than 6 digits, then you will have to add leading zeroes (Ex. 001234) to continue.  Then, you will be prompted to make a change to that Login ID along with updating your Password/Security Code.

New User: (have never enrolled into the old Online Banking system): you will need your Member Number (DO NOT include leading zeroes, 0’s), which now appears on your member statement.  Follow the prompts on the screen to set up and access your account.

Some highlights of the New Online Banking Platform are:

  • More robust search function and more detailed screen views

  • Passwords are able to be changed on the Mobile App OR Online Banking

  • Allows you to set up weekday and non-holiday scheduled transfers. Existing scheduled transfers in the original Online Banking will have to be set up again in the New Online Banking.

  • Allows access to view balances of all accounts on which you are a Primary or Joint Owner

  • Transfers can continue to be sent to any Joint account which is being viewed through your Primary account, however still cannot be pulled from that Joint account

The Login ID and new Password/Security Code that you set up in the New Online Banking Platform will allow access through our existing Mobile Banking App. Contact the Credit Union if you would like to change or add any owners on any of your accounts or if you have any problems logging into the New Online Banking.
